Shipping Information

Avos ships its products to almost all parts of India. Most of the orders placed are shipped within 48 hours. The usual time of delivery from the time of dispatching the order is 4-7 working days.

An order confirmation SMS/email is sent to you regarding the dispatch date and time, courier carrier and tracking number of your consignment, post which you can track the progress of your order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges do not apply to orders above INR 1000 amount. However, in case of any additional charges, you shall be intimated. The final cost of payment is inclusive of all taxes and you need not to pay any additional charges to anybody.

 

Payment Options

Cash on Delivery is available as a payment option in most of the pin codes we deliver to.

Online Payments are accepted through all domestic and international credit cards, debit cards, wallets, and banks for net banking.

We process all online payments through (Billdesk and PayU) which provide secure encrypted connections.

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your avos.in purchases. In case we couldn’t meet your expectation, we will gladly accept merchandise for return at no cost to you within 15 days of delivering the order, provided it:

  • It is in new condition/Unused/Not-opened
  • Isn’t washed, altered or worn
  • Has original invoice and tags attached to it
  • Returned within the specified Return Period

Return Period

Within 15 days, in case of full-priced items.

Within 7 days, in case of discounted or sale items.

To return a product, view the order number in ‘My Account’ section and write to us with the issue at care@avos.in. Once the request is processed, we will guide you further with the whole process. It might take up to 7-10 business days to complete it.

Please specify your reason for return so that we can keep improving. You will be sent a confirmation via SMS/email after your return request has been generated.

We will credit your amount to the original form of payment. If you had opted for Cash on Delivery at the time of purchase, you will be required to provide your Bank details in My Account section while placing a Return request.
